Black and Decker EK700 Electric Knife: We've needed an electric knife for years. I'm always struggling trying to cut our Thanksgiving Turkey, or our Christmas Ham. This one is a pretty basic model but serves our needs. Although the first time I used it, I came pretty close to accidentally cutting the power cord.
